Justification for action
Last spring the course 439-210, Observation and Participation (Elementary and Secondary) was transferred from the Curriculum and Instruction Department to the Educational Foundations department through curricular action. The present change takes that transfer into account by keeping Observation and Participation as a prerequisite for Field Study but changing the departmental designation of the course.
