II. Relationship
to mission and strategic plan of institution, and/or College/Departmental goals
and objectives:
This proposal is in keeping with the University and
College goals to provide a high-quality education which prepares students in a
career-focused major.
III. Rationale:
When the major was
established, 250387 did not exist, and when the course was developed and
approved, it never got added to the major even though it is commonly taken by
Entrepreneurship majors. The course has
been offered successfully since fall, 1998 and is comparable to a principles
course in most majors.
IV. Cost Implications: None.
