    Note to the committee:
Dick Telfer has asked me to place the following submajors on this week's agenda.  Unfortunately, Dick will not be returning until later this week, so I am not sure what to do with this situation. L&S approved the "programming" proposals at their last curriculum committee meeting.  However, per the request of the Dean, the department is meeting tomorrow to discuss the "development" proposals (a modified version of those proposals that were defeated at the last UCC meeting).  To comply with Dick's wishes, and to ensure that you have time to review the proposals, I am listing both sets.  I apologize for any confusion this may cause.  Thank you, Lisa
