SUB:	Proposals approved at the October 4, 2007 L&S Curriculum Committee meeting

At its meeting on Thursday, October 4,  2007, the Letters & Sciences Curriculum Committee approved the propsals listed below.  These proposals are being forwarded to the UCC for its action or information.   The signature pages will be sent to you soon.

1. New Course SOCWORK 350, "Psychopharmacology Basics for the Helping Professional."

1. Requisite change for CRIMJUS 325, "Forensic Documentation."
2. Add the Diversity option for CHICANO 150, "Introduction to Chicano Studies."  (NOTE:  This needs to go to the Diversity Committee but I do not know who is chairing this committee this semester.  I will hold the signature page until I can send it to the Divrsity Committee).
3. Change in the "Women's Studies Major."
