"Field Studies in Geology." (The
previous restrictions in repeatability and
total number of allowable credits were approved before the Geology
program
instituted a field-intensive curriculum, essential for modern,
practicing
geologists. The workload
for each section is
heavy and most students choose to complete the paper and take the
course for
the full 3 credits. This then prevents them from receiving credit (and
therefore enrolling) for any later trips).
