The minutes for the March 2, 2006
meeting were approved as distributed.
Announcements: In answer to the question raised
at the March 2nd meeting as to whether or not it is appropriate for the
committee to ask for clarification of the grade basis in a
proposal, Larry stated that it is appropriate to ask for clarification
of any part of a proposal. Since the grade basis is part of
the proposed syllabus and the syllabus is required in new course
proposals it, therefore, would appropriate.

passed unanimously.
