    1. Informational Items
      1. Deletion of graduate component of the following Sociology and Anthropology courses:
      1. SOCIOLGY 562  Population Dynamics
      2. SOCIOLGY 588 The Holocaust: Nazi Germany and the Genocide of the Jews
      3. SOCIOLGY 610 Sociology of Health and Illness
      4. SOCIOLGY 665 Extraordinary Groups
      5. ANTHROPL 534 Women in Cross-Cultural Perspective
      6. ANTHROPL 620 Culture and Personality
(Inadequate enrollment in these courses.  Deletion of the classes is the result of 2004 Audit and Review determination).
  1. Changes to the following Political Science major and submajors
    1. Public Policy and Administration major. (change reflects the name change of Management 480 to ITBE 480).
    2. Public Policy and Administration minor (the change drops a course no longer offered and a course no longer relevant and adds 2 courses to "Select 10 Units From Courses").
    3. Political Science Minor  (the change drops 3 courses no longer offered  from three groups in the minor and adds 1 course to group 4 in the minor).
  2. Cross list AFRIAMR 141 and HISTRY 141
(These are two separate courses offered by History and Race & Ethnic Cultures.  The content of the courses is the same, the syllabus is the same and the instructor is the same so it would be more efficient to make these two courses one cross-listed course.)
  3. Number change and cross-list WOMENST 360 Women, Science and Society. Change to WOMENST/HISTRY 365 Women, Science and Society. (Cross-listing the course between the departments of Women’s Studies and History will allow majors and minors in both departments to use the course towards their requirements.  The number change was necessary in order to be able to use the same course number in both departments).
  4. Other Curricular Action:  Remove ANTHROPL 694 from Approved Women's Studies courses in other departments.  (The seminars should have been removed automatically but for some reason are still listed in the on-line Graduate catalog).
