The minutes of the October
2, 2003 meeting
were approved as distributed.

Announcements: None

Hogan/Rybski moved to approve the Internship Resolution drafted at the
10/03/03 UCC Meeting. The motion was amended to read " A minimum
of 3 hours of "work" per week for 16 weeks per unit or equivalent based
on the definition ........." The motion passed unanimously.

Waraczynski/ Hogan moved to approve the Course
revision, Description Change and Title Change for the Psychology
course,
PSYCH
740 FROM Assessment I: Early
Childhood TO Academic Progress and Monitoring
The committee requested that we move on to the next agenda item and
then come back to this one.

Therefore, Waraczynski/Hogan moved to approve the Course
revision, Description Change and Title Change for the Psychology
course, PSYCH
745 FROM Assessment III:
Intelligence and Achievement TO Assessment III: Intellectual
Functioning and Adaptive Behavior
The motion passed unanimously.
The committee then addressed the first Warazynski/Hogan motion (Item
4). It was suggested that the changes to the course were major enough
that it should possibly be considered a new course. Johns/Hogan then
moved
to table the motion and send the proposal back to the department. This
motion
passed unanimously.

Reutebuch/Rybski moved to approve the new Social Work Course,
SOCWORK
330 "Legal Issues in Social Work Practice."
The motion passed unanimously.
