During its meeting on October 17, 2002, the College of Letters & Sciences Curriculum Committee approved the proposals listed below.  The signature pages will be forwarded to you before your next meeting date:

1. Physics
1. Change in the General Science-Broadfield Physics Emphasis (BSE) major.
2. Change in the General Science-Broadfield Physical Science Emphais (BSE) major.
3. Change in the Physics Education Emphasis minor minor.

(These proposals were approved at our Sept 5th meeting and sent to the College of Education.  Education made some minor changes and sent them back to this committee for information or action.  The changes were approved.  Signature pages should have been sent to UCC from Education).
