Below is this year’s schedule for university-wide awards. This schedule ensures that all awards will be chosen by March 13, 2009 to allow time to prepare the booklet for the Faculty and Academic Staff Awards reception on April 8, 2009.

February 2, 2009 Call
for nominations for university-wide awards announced through e-journal and on
the Web Announcement Board.
February 13, 2009 Deadline for the names and addresses of the Roseman Award faculty and student committee representatives. (no particular rank or class)
Deadline for receipt of university-wide nominations, supporting materials, and names and addresses of award nominee reception presenters for:
- UW-Whitewater Academic Staff Excellence Awards
- UW-Whitewater Award for Outstanding Research
- University
Faculty/Staff Academic Advising Award
February 20,
2009 Deadline for receipt of
nominees for the Faculty Service Award, supporting materials, and names and
addresses of award nominee
reception presenters to Associate Vice Chancellor’s Office.
March 4,
2009 Deadline for college
nominees for Roseman Award, supporting materials, and names and addresses of

of all College Award Winners e-mailed to Rebecca Reichert (reicherr@uww.edu) in the Chancellor's
Office.
