      1. New certificate "Lobbying Certificate."  (This certificate program mixes the theoretical, ethical, and practical elements of influencing the government. This certificate culminates in a three-credit internship).
    4. Sociology
      1. New course, SOCIOLGY 371, "Sociology of Homicide."  (This course offers an in-depth look at homicide as a social and legal category and the social context and social psychological variables that affect it.  Various types of homicide will be examined.  Forensic issues will be addressed along with political and social issues).
