John thanked Tony for many years of service on the Council, and his extraordinary mastery of Robert’s Rules of Order will be sorely missed. After congratulations from the council members, Tony got right down to business, with a motion to approve the minutes of the March 5, 2009, meeting. Carol Scovotti seconded the motion. Motion carried.
